In Kha'ak sectors is their trading ports, shipyards and equipment docks you can trade with?

No, you can't, primarily because they don't exist--the only stations you'll see in Kha'ak sectors don't have docking capabilties.

This guide is about X3:R and not X3:TC. In X3:R you don't have a repair laser in your space suit.

Also, there is no Khaak start in TC (I guess mainly because it would be weird as soon as you get to start the OFF plot).
