My native language is portuguese and a lot of others members also dont have english as their native language but put some effort to comunicate in english here. Oh, don't get me wrong. I will get the game (probably) , it's just that a few months ago when they announced 2012 push-back of XRB, they could have mentioned why they did that... like they are remaking a remake.
Same music for the same sectors with same configuration and probably same tedious equipping of fighters
( if they fixed the last part I'll gladly pay the full price instead of 9.99 ).
Who knows when will XRB ship now...

We didn't push back the date of X Rebirth to 2012 in order to create X3AP. You guys announced that push back about 2-3 months ago? If that's when you start putting AP together I would assume the trailer come even after that. So if you were able to put together such smoothly animated Saya for the trailer ... A few game/content questions:
- The X-News article mentioned a new war system that allows sectors to change hands. Will the player be allowed to participate in this system, and if so to what extent? I.E. Dynamic missions from the races to help advance conquest objectives? Player sector takeovers?
- Will economic output have any influence on NPC fleet strength? I.E. Will raiding supply lines and blowing up factories have any effect on a race's ability to produce ships? A major issue with 3rd party conquest mods for TC, IMO, has been that the jobs system and GOD tends to bounce back fairly quickly from any ship/station losses and respawn ships out of thin air, etc. This makes fleet combat and sector invasions start to feel pointless as the NPCs recover from their losses for 'free'.
- Will there be any improvements to the interface to facilitate these potentially larger conflicts? Any possibility of a fleet management interface similar to CODEA?
- The article mentioned some new high-end graphical settings. Can we get any more information on these yet? Any optimization or support for Eyefinity/NvSurround?
- Has the engine been changed/enhanced since TC to allow for more scalability and performance in larger battles? Vanilla TC would still get fairly badly cpu-bound in larger battles and start choking.
