This is on a fresh install of X3: TC with no other mods installed (I removed everything before updating from 2.6 to 2.7). The error occurs before it even plays the starry EgoSoft logo video.
I have redownloaded this mod using a different PC on a different ISP, so I am confident it is not a corrupt download of the mod. After removing this mod, I have installed a number of others (including several that use numbered CAT & DAT files) and have had no issues with any of them, so I am confident I do not have a bad install of X3: TC.
I had no issues with the previous version of this mod on X3: TC v2.6, for whatever that is worth.
I would very much like to get this fixed, and will be happy to provide any additional information or perform any testing that may help solve this.
