I must say, my SLI system suddenly runs this game soooo SMOOTH
I mean, I used to have stuff toned down to medium and such, but right now, even in asteroid rich environs... goodness!
It all runs flat out with almost no hicups!
EGOsoft, thank you so much for this patch. It really revived my gaming experience with TC!

Keep your friends close, and your enemies even closer!... Except of course for Khaak... You want to stay as far away from them as possible...

Steam sale convinced me to my X3 TC... 32KB connection meaning it will take A WHILE to download but I'm so bloody excited even so. Tempted to load of X3:R and have a couple times but don't want to do too much on it and have to basically start over when TC finishes dling.

I'd just like to say this. My system is as follows:
Q6600
4GB RAM
Geforce 9800gt 1GB
Vista 32bit
Blah blah blah
Oh and not forgetting the 1920x1080 on 50inch plasma which makes the Titan look bloody awesome!
I don't know why, but I've never had any slowdown or stuttering at all. Could this be luck, or could you guys (or girls) who are having problems have something wrong with your setup? My system is quite modest but it does the trick perfectly and I can't understand the i7 boys who are having the problems.
Hmmmm.
Well this is the first time I've posted for Donkeys so a quick thankyou to all you Egosoft chappies.

The question isn't stupid, but it's being asked in the wrong place. Questions about the Mac version need to be asked over at Virtual Programming who are the people who developed the Mac port.Elwood J Blues wrote:May seem like a stupid question but what about 2.5 for mac?
