ACDSee or Paint Shop Pro should do the trick.

Hey! While I'm in the spirit of asking questions. How do I take those screenshots or whatever you want to call them of your browser? I've seen most of you post them but how do you make them?

'Power desk' works quite well

The print screen key seems to work!

The easiest way is to press 'print screen' on your keyboard and paste it into mspaint.
Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro both have screen capture capabilities, too.
