I haven't yet put engine effects on capital ships, i am playing around with them in my trails mod at the moment,manx wrote:Saw an Old Hydra escorting a Pleco around today, so it looks like they are being used by NPCs after all (they're just really, really rare)![]()
Also, no engine glow effect on the Paranid M2 (can't remember if there is supposed to be one or not, been so long since I played X2).
And good to hear the AI is using the ships.

I dont expect you to do anything, but just so you know, you're mod's incompatible with Shawn's Cockpit Mod some of the textures used in the cokcpits end up on the outside of the ships (i've only seen it happen on the Old Centaur atm, but it may happen elsewhere)

if you fixed this in the new version then ignore this post.
one thing i noticed while playing with this mod, is that the fighter gun mounts, dont have the x2 gun barrels. somewhere in the x2 directory is a folder called "V" in there is a load of ship parts, including the gun barrel.

Yeah the pricing seems out of place, the old argon carrier is only 170k, a real steal. That and the prices seem way to high for what the ships are capable of >_>killerog wrote:Basic stats balancing should be done now, apart from prices (silly ego). Of course things can always be tweak as people play the mod.
