Is there any possibility to remove the fog from every (Boron) sectors! It seems to decrease my framerate and it's not always aesthetic!!!

@spacefueladdict: I noticed that you are already on "final" with your mod, but still not listed in [url=http://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=216690]TC Download Library[/url]. The reason I did notice was a text ID conflict with script submitted by XGamer. I hope you two can sort that out, for both works look interesting. ;)

Oh, I hadn't noticed, I'm currently working away from home, i'll get this sorted, plus update the mod for compatability for 2.1 when i get back, which is currently going to be a week or two. :)

That would be great :O

Also, I have noticed a bug, in the 2nd added Xenon Core, the Xenon stations arent hostile. Which is... weird.

äh how can i get the backgrounds in the game without the sectorsize?

I removed the Map of your script and everything else is still installed but the backgrounds are the normal ones not yours :o

You start a game without the mod, save, then install the mod, then keep playing the savegame - you will get the backgrounds and bigger jumpgates, but sector size and layout (and planets and stars) will not be changed.

I installed this mod incorrectly, I believe, but I've done it right this time. All the sector names and descriptions and what should or shouldn't be there is right and all that, BUT I get huge chunks of black or starry background and big white lines, that remind me of giant universal stretch marks, and my FPS have been shot to hell whenever I enter a sector (or load a savegame) I have to just sit for a few seconds, sometimes a minute or so, before I am able to pull up my map, or press any buttons and have them do anything. Any ideas?

It's Shawn's cockpit mod causing it.

So it was, as I discovered form more in depth reading and confirmation from both yourself, and removing said Mod form my game, which, incidentally, I think broke my savegame... since I had it installed as a false patch... which I do for everything lol

Try the one without the t-ship file.. (2.1 has a change in the t-ship file).

Get your 2.0->2.1 patch file, instal it in an empty directory, open the .dat/.cat files it installed and check the differences.

Just incase anyone is curious this mod does not work well with extreme resolutions. I am using softTH for a 5040 X 1050 setup and the backgrounds end about half way across my side monitors ;)
CPU - Intel i7 975 EE @ 4.2gHz
RAM - 16GB Mushkin DDR3 1600
GPU - 2 x eVGA GTX 680 in SLi
MOB - Intel DX58SO
SSD - Intel 320 256GB
HDD - Western Digital 2TB
OS - Windows 7 64-Bit
DIS - 4 24" 1920X1200 Dell Ultras
