How much will this script impact if i want to CAP capital ships ? or will that be the same as always.
Any Cap should fire the RRF signal if attacked even if it isn't RRF tagged (i'll check this is in place and if it isn't i'll add for next update)


I'll make sure newly built fabs get stocked

also you won't see donation centres as i have disabled them for the time being

Another thing. I played RRF all day yesterday, and it seems to me that the Sector Invasions are a tad bit random with no pattern.

For example, suddenly Earth launches an attack far in to Paranid territory, like on the other side of the map. I would suspect that invasions really would be frontline battles for the most part with perhaps behind-the-lines raids?

As it is now the Argon takes a Split sector many jumps away from any Argon sector, and the other races does the same. Some times they do take the neighboring sector but in my game that is the rare case.

I don't know, I kind of expected the wars to redraw the borders and not dot the sectors :) As it seems now it is a big free-for-all.

I was in a sector that the Terrans took from the Boron, I had just undocked from the Trading Station. The station was at full shields and hull. I turn around to attack the Split who was now invading, helping the Terrans, when I see two bright flashes and the station is gone (!?) That was fast.

And that was the 'Earth Torus' model, which perhaps is not the ideal station to use as it pretty much takes up half and more of the smaller sectors. The Earth sectors are way bigger than the "normal" universe, for the most part.

I will play some more now. For the most part now, I am jumping around and observing.

If I disable/uninstall the mod, I guess the universe and sectors will reset to "normal", yes?

EDIT 1: I just tried to unistall it though, to see. The sectors changed back to their previous owner but the structures from the invading forces still remained. Is this intentional? It's a bit weird :) edit LV intentional as far as every bit of code takes time and wiping them can be done but i could not be arsed!

EDIT 2: Going back to the save before i uninstalled, I notice suddenly a Split Trading station popped up in the sector that the Argon's took from the Split. Yesterday a Chelts station suddenly was there as well, but the Argons took it out. Does the GOD engine some times forget who has the sector now? edit LV I stopped listening to god along time ago, no idea

Please forgive me for sounding like a complete dofus but, I'm having some issues installing this, its been so long since I did it in X3R.

I've put the scripts and t files into the correct location only nothings appeared in game? Do I have to start a new game or no? script editor is turned on and the AL option is blanked out?

No less than 5 minutes after i got the script installed Argon wiped CEO Buckzoid off the map. Nothing was left standing and I came too late for good drops.

Will these cleared sectors rebuild?

Also, game crashes when a race takes over another races sector.

Yes, the sector rebuilds after awhile, and I havn't had a crash with takeover yet.

Also i get no crashing as above thunderai but i have found a better way to handle carrier docking (before it jumps to the response sector) through my Test Drive & Hire Centre plugin (that none of you &^&%^% have bothered with :x ) which will be included in the next RRF update as this appears to be part of the in sector crashing problems

Thats what I mean, I cant actually turn it on because the AL is blanked out and wont let me click it?

Has no "Drone AI" hotkey in keyboard configuration. "RRF options" only. How to activate it :?

are you referring to Carrier Drone Software with "drone ai" as your in the wrong thread if you are, rrf has no drone ai?

I'm getting huge buildups of transporters, recons, dealers and couriers from all the races around the donation centers. They're not docking, just sitting around.

turn it off and let it remove itself then turn it back on the donation centres should then not be created.

when i try to fight allong in a sector atack and i start shooting at a ship, that ship just disapears :s

hi there,

can you do something about the pirate/yaki factions? The Teladi and Terrans seem to have allied with the pirates in my current game. However does this change at anytime or will they be allies forever? I've chosen maintain relations as option in the setup.

atm I can't get any noriety from Terrans or Teladi from kill missions or while shooting pirates/yaki in there territory, in fact i'm loosing so much noriety in a kill mission that it is not even worth to take any of that missions in Terran or Teladi space.

Is it possible that you may change it in a way that they will never be more than neutral to one of the main races?

When the Xenon want a sector, they dont give up easily.

Either because I capped their K or their just over-eager, they invaded Thuraks Beard and continued to send wave after wave of ships until.... well I don't even know if its over yet.

Can we get a message that says so and sos invasion of a sector has failed and the sector owner has maintaned control so we "KNOW" its over.
