Oh come on!..) Do u really think I'm so stupid? :D
The USC Orbital Supply Base is highlighted, not a gate! When I dock nothing going on... I've replayed it about 10 times - same crap. Maybe SpringBlossom is not welcome?.. And after 1st dock I have no passengers on board.

This is the same message I got when trying to install the withdrawn patch any ideas :?
The patch files (including the hotfix, which I can personally vouch for) are ok, please try to download again and reattempt installation.

No. We've not deleted it. We've moved it to the tech support forum. Here

Thanks Egosoft for an earlier release. :D

Even though as a Steam user I must wait.

Ah well. It's still going to be earlier than I had any right to expect!

Downloaded again (5th attempt) now as soon as I click on the patch icon to load it I get
"The set up files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program"

Perhaps there is something wrong with the X3:TC installation?

Which download did you use exactly? 1.0.1 to 2.0 or 1.4 to 2.0. I just downloaded both as a torrent at they ran fine.

Wow, this is fantastic, thanks Egosoft for the early weekend release!

I've been playing the 2.0 beta/RC1 for the last while, so I know (mostly) what's new already ;) but I do have a couple questions about the official 2.0 update before I reinstall TC and apply it:

-Does it include the performance enhancements from the test .exe that was made available?

-Will my 2.0 RC1 savegames work with the official 2.0?

(It's probably time for another restart, anyway) :)

Anyway, thanks again.

1.4 to 2.0 pre removal and then 1.4 to 2.0a the last time. although I have not tried the torrent download just the mirror sites.

Nope. That is 2.1. 2.0 has the 2GB+ RAM fix for 64 bit computers though.
Painman wrote:Will my 2.0 RC1 savegames work with the official 2.0?
Nope. There are not compatible.

Can't think of anything that hasn't been mentioned already.

If it isn't a hassle could you do a fresh install of the game anyway?

In all case this should go to the tech support forum.

Realistically Steam users should probably not expect to have the update before Monday. There's this little thing called a weekend, and they probably won't have received the update until it was too late for them to do anything before the end of the working week. Once again, this is not really their fault.

I have v2.0 RC1 installed, can I install this over it or do I have to uninstall the RC1 version somehow? And if so, how?

And are RC1 savegames compatible with this version?

Tony.
