Hotfix is now online.

If you have installed version 2.0 (ie there is no "a" in the patch installer filename) then you may download this hotfix:
http://www.egosoft.com/download/x3tc/fi ... o_2.0a.exe

Note that this issue only affects players who have a DVD version of X3TC.

Go back a page and read BurnIt!'s post. They're re-uploading the patch because the original one somehow got corrupted.

Now you DVD X3:Terran Conflict Owners know how the Steam users of Terran Conflict feel when they have to wait.

I Have the DVD version of Terran Conflict but can't download the 2.0 patch for this game as yet so I feel your pain Steam owners of Terran Conflict.

Had not finished posting this message yet and lo and behold the patch reappears again to download.

Big fan of X3R and all my wife saw was the back of my head for 3 months!!

Now finally got TC shipped to me in the States and what a BLAST I'm having! This is so intense - my nipples get hard just starting the game up.

Anyway, GREAT job on TC guys - Simply fantastic and never had so much fun playing a game before.

I know this is said to be the end of the X series but I certainly hope that isn't true... I'd keep buying the X games as they came out.

No, any version sold as 2.0 (Gold Edition, Steam and US DVD) is not affected. It is only the downloadable patch that was affected.

still got a problem, downloaded patch but when I install it I get the following message
"G:\Games\X3 Terran Conflict\07.dat
An error occured while trying to copy a file
The source file is corrupted"

This is the same message I got when trying to install the withdrawn patch any ideas
