Greetings. I have some troubles with missione seven and i'd like to ask you some advice. Problem is: when i go to speak to the officer on the Tyr he gives orders to jumpdrive to the mission sector and just tells me "see you there". But i have no jumpdrive on any of my ships and i dont even know where to get one. And of course i cannot use the Earth gate to get there. Did i miss something during the previous missions? Do i have to search all the universe for the jumpdrive?

Well actually there is one in the Vidar they make you board, so use that one

Yep, that was the problem, took a mission somewhere where id had to kill some freighters and my terran rank went to renegade....

Greetings. Thanks for the excellent walkthrough. I need help on mission six. I had robert pearle in my sabre then sold my sabre, stupidly in sector m148 now im in a nova vanguard and i keep getting blown up when i try and get him. Do ineed an m6 ship to get him out or would that be enough?

ye i just needed m6 level of sheilding and jd to withstand the spam of missiles and lasers that were being fired at cptn Pearle

What do you mean you blow up when you try to pick him up? Do YOU blow up, or does HE blow up?

help me please! i'm struggling with this game atm, i'm stuck with the first mission still too... i cant seem to dock with saturn, seems they dont like me but i've done nothing wrong?

Ok, this is getting a little unreal... I've restarted Mission Six "Split Espionage and Sabotage" half dozen times and every time it screws up. I get the advanced satellites and when I get to Family Zyarth, I drop one of them, but the game doesn't tell me to move to Family Ryk and so on. Does it mean it's broken and I've to restart? It's rather tiring and I'm about to give up... Any help would be appreciated... Thanks.

It most likely means you left Captain Pearle behind when you started the mission.

I wish that is the case... The captain is sitting in my Advanced Perseus that I'm driving, along with the advanced satellites.

Which game start did you start with ?

Its not a matter of having done something wrong. Not all the starts give you a rank with Terran to be able to start the terran plot immediately.

If Poole is with you, then I'd say the mission is broken. IN which case you need to go back to a save before the mission was given to you and try it again.

What I want to know is: What am I doing wrong? Like I say, I've restarted this half dozen times already. This particular mission is actually quite a good little earner for me as I go through each sector picking up patrols and protect missions. In most attempts I've managed to buy a couple of fully loaded Heavy Nemesis (Frags and HPETs) with the cash earned.

Has anyone encounter similar problems to mine or is my game broken in a unique way?

At a guess, I'd say your taking too long to do it.

Try it again, and do nothing at all except the mission. Jump there if you can. Stop for nothing but buying satelites.

Thanks. I'll give it one more shot... Otherwise, I'm going to get my ships together to blow some Terrans off the map!!!

Ok, I give up! I did as you've suggested and jumped to the Split sectors to deploy the satellites. However, the mission doesn't update itself to point me to the other sectors after I was done at Family Zyarth. What the heck?
