I stop playing after this mision bug and was waiting for the correction. Finally with the 1.4 patch Lt samuel splinter is back where is suppose to be but when you go to talk to him nothing happen. In the comms option he only have the same 3 thing you ask anybody way nearest shipyard way to nearest equipement dock and surrender your ship
