Wow. When you said 'prequel,' you really meant it, huh?

As for the sequel, if we're using the whole Gencore/C3/Semper/Pirates/Omega thing as the main plot, I see it going towards either 'Omega gets used - OMGSPLOSION!' or 'Omega/C3 get stopped - huzzah!' But I think we should see what happens. I have a little more weight in my position: As both the (ostensibly) main antagonist as well as one of the ones trying to take C3 down, I can help steer the story towards something more easily than perhaps even AJK, in control of the largest organisation, can.

Of course, I wouldn't do anything majorly plot-outcome-changing without everyone's consent.

And thanks for the email, I'll see about getting this into some kind of Semperesque state and splodge (technical term) it into the chapter.

I could easily see, though, a circumstance where the Omega gets used, a big interstellar conflict breaks out, the Omega gets repeatedly used, the Xenon get more and more involved, another, even deeper and fouler plot emerges, and something truly galactically cataclysmic happens- begin sequel!

Actually, I suppose a better title for what I'm undertaking would be "sprequel." Where the main story occurs just after this one, but involves many revelations and events that slowly reveal the nature of the Gates, Ancients, etc...

while leaving some small amount of mystery intact, of course

it's be good if you guys can keep this alive. I'll come back at some point. It's just I am working on something else "creative"... kinda hard to keep more than 5 things in my head at the same time
