autopilot speed tends to drop to 107 after few things!

I dunno why, the auto-pilot speed kind of drop to 107 at many occasions, like after jump ... etc

I wonder is it a game bug or due to mod?

Usual reason is that your ship is set to follow someone, or that one of your ships is following yours.
