Sorry maybe I just wasn't being clear. I know it's SUPPOSED to show up in a seperate category, it's just not showing at all. I dunno if this is a 1.3 change or a bug or what, but normal Trade Command MkI commands seem to be working so everything is probably okay there.
I'll try reinstalling the mod and libraries, and double-check everything on my ships and report back.
EDIT: Just checked, I still have all the required upgrades... the homebase I set is a TL though, could that be the problem?

Well good to know
Maybe I'm misunderstanding the mod purpose a bit. TBH I've never gotten far enough to own a station and have always done combat/trading.
What I'm trying to do here is sell from my Mobile Mining Base. I've got my Prospectors going but I want a seperate wing to do all the selling. Is this not the mod I should be using? What would be best suited for this (preferably one in the EST/CAG/CLS suite)?

maybe CLS could work but im not sure i never tryed , what you sould always do is best sell with your ships tho or ask in CLS thread if it s doable . what i do know about CLS tho is that you can is: bring wares from station A to station B inernally (thats the only use i did with my ships)
But i would suggest making an Ore mine and try your CAGs out they re really awsome put 2 ships in a ore mine for a start and watch them do everything for you as long as there is money in the mine

2 ¿bugs?.
First. Sometimes, I find a CAG in Idle mode in some far NPC station. The common problem is that they don´t have any energy to jump back to base, and instead of buying some e-cells, they go idle. They can jump up to 20 sectors and have a configured reserve energy of 680, more than enough. EDIT - Perhaps they didn´t have enough energy from base to take? I have to check that.
Second, I have right now a Mercury Hauler selling Nostrop Oil as an intermediate product, even when the station total amount doesn´t exceed the minimum 80% established in "Sell intermediate products".
In fact, it took 150 Nostrop Oil, so now the total amount is 10%... the "Purchase intermediate products" limit. So looks like it´s selling Nostrop when there is more than 10%, and buying again when lower.
It´s not a money-shrink but only 4 of the 8 CAG´s are making his job, which should be buying resources and selling products.
Also, they don´t seem to enjoy receiving external orders, because setting the station vanilla option "Intermediate product trading" to none, does nothing, even after reseting CAG´s orders and SETA for some in-game hours (which doesn´t seem wrong since that option is only for NPC traders I think).
Log for the second issue HERE
Again sorry for my english and great script

Can you be more specific? One of your trading fleet ships, a personal ship, some other type of ship...?DrwHem wrote:MY mistral superfreighter works with this. so i bought a mistral normal ship and gave it all the exact same programs but it wont run as a CAG for some reason...
ok i found out why. but just in case someone else had this issue its because one of my ships had an ecliptic projector on it...
I'm just asking because I run the Ecliptic Projector addon as well, I have it installed on all of my personal ships, but none of my CAG/CLS ships, and the scripts are running fine (though I occasionally get the "idle" problem mentioned above, and always in Bluish Snout it seems).

What's a "Travel Drive"? I searched the forum here to see if they've been mentioned elsewhere, but they haven't.Lucike wrote:Travel Drive: If a Travel Drive is used, the Agent is provided with energy cells from the homebase. He will also buy jump energy from NPC stations if required.

@damntry : "idle" means enemy contacts - help him out
@klaatu : travel-drive is not done yet, will be something like being faster if on way to a waypoint (background-info: was invented as replacement for jump-drive in X3R because
jump-drive was not well balanced. lucike made jump-drive Station-size, that only TL+ could carry it)

Help with Commercial Agent
I have two of my TS ships assigned to an ore mine for trading duties: one ship is supposed to buy energy cells for production, another one is supposed to sell ore. I though that Commercial Agent is the best choice for me, so I installed the script and set it up in my two ships. I've read the CA topic very carefully and supposedly put everything right. However those ships only wait at their homebase (CAS on standby...). Can anyone help to setup CAS properly?

First, it would have been best to post IN the CAG's topic. Wouldn't be surprised if this was moved there.
Second, are you sure that the station has places to buy from or sell to? CAG will buy or sell at NPC stations at the price (or better) set at your station. If you have Ecells set to 16, they'll spend 16 or less on Ecells for your station - and if there's not a SPP that matches the price, they'll sit at home waiting.
Another possible problem is that while the CAG is paid out of your wallet by default, the CAG still uses the station's account to buy supplies - put a few credits into the station and see what happens.
I could take a few more shots in the dark at your problem, but maybe I've already guessed it.

Assign it the home base and then simply "start commercial representation". They'll take care of the rest.
If you want to get more complicated, you can set one "trade duties" to shopper and the ware list to Ecells,
Then set the other guy to Salesman and ware list to selling the ore.
The magic will start from there.

Thank you for your replies. And yes, I should have posted my problem here in the first place.
@Vicrry06
There are a lot of stations which sell Energy Cells for 12 Cr and a lot of stations which have ZERO stock of ore. My station just uses average prices. So it shouldn't be the issue. And second, there's around 500k at the station's account, so that's not the issue too.
@devir
Like I said, I've read the instruction and setup my CAgs properly. Here are their setups:
Ship 1 (supplier) (Mistral):
Ware list
Trade list (1 item) (Energy Cells)
Exceptions:
5 hostile sectors in the Jump range
Everything else by default
Trade duties:
Trade duty (Shopper)
Purchase resources (80%)
Sell products (5%)
Sell products freighter cargo bay (30%)
Purchase intermediate products (10%)
Sell intermediate products (80%)
Purchase stations credit balance (0 Credits)
Station settings
Jump range (9 Sectors)
Jump drive settings:
Use Jump Drive (Yes)
Jump Drive energy (180 Energy Cells)
Minimum jump range (1 sectors)
Ship 2 (distributor) (Mistral):
Ware list
Trade list (1 item) (Ore)
Exceptions:
5 hostile sectors in the Jump range
Everything else by default
Trade duties:
Trade duty (Salesman)
Purchase resources (0%)
Sell products (0%)
Sell products freighter cargo bay (60%)
Purchase intermediate products (0%)
Sell intermediate products (0%)
Purchase stations credit balance (0 Credits)
Station settings
Jump range (9 Sectors)
Jump drive settings:
Use Jump Drive (Yes)
Jump Drive energy (180 Energy Cells)
Minimum jump range (1 sectors)
Oh, and stock of Ore & Energy Cells in my ore mine is full, so I really can't blame Ship 1 for being idle.
What I simply need is:
1) For Ship 1: Go buying Energy Cells when stock is <15%. Leave some Energy Cells for jumps.
2) For Ship 2: Go selling Ore when A) there is enough ore to stuff cargo hold; B) there is a station willing to buy it. And of course to keep some E.Cells for jumps.
Is it possible with this script or not?

First, it would have been best to ask in the CAG's thread. I would not be surprised if this was moved there.
There is a TC version, be sure to install the newest version of Lucike's libraries to go with it. CAG, and all of Lucike's other trade scripts, need those libraries to work and they will complain unless they have the correct version installed.

Whoops - maybe I should keep to answering questions at 2am and not answer them at 8am the morning after..
Anyway, simple question.. which mode is your warelist in? If it says blacklist when you open the menu, change it.
Also, what rank are these pilots at? CAG can't sell products until Courier (second rank), so if he's still an Apprentice have your seller Mistral run around as an EST for a short while for that new rank - Lucike's trade scripts have interchangeable pilots.
Also, as a side note, you probably would like to increase the amount of energy the Mistrals are carrying - while you've figured out exactly how much energy they'd need to jump their maximum range they'll keep some of it as an emergency reserve so they can jump in case they're attacked. Usually they'll keep 40 in reserve.
