Move the window when in windowed mode

Hello, I cannot move the game window. All I want to do is move it to the upper left corner so I can observe my msn list without alt+tab
Right now it's like centre but hanging out to the right and slightly up.

Anyone can help me with this?

Edit:

When I press the upper bar with the minimize and close buttons it just sends me into the game, meaning i cannot move the window
