Where do you find the CLS?

Ok, I have looked in every supply dock, and can`t find the CARGO LIFE SUPPORT system?
I have only seen it on TP's and they are built in so can't buy and transfer.
So where in the galaxy are they hiding?

Also Strong Arms HQ, Duke's Haven, some Teladi trading stations, at least one Terran military base, and probably some other places...

Teladi equipment dock in Grand Exchange is where I got mine.
