Myth Or Real?

In Recent Months The teladi adapted the ships from the Star Wars Saga's from earths accient past. The ISD was a failiar, too big, too few guns, not enough shielding. The X-Wing Fast, Good Guns, Good Sheilding, but too much to buy. the same goes on for the others, the Nebulon-b, y-wing, tie fighter. the galaxy laughed at all these creations as failures.

On Board His Argon Nova, Cylde sat in the cockpit deciding where to fly next. he had a good business that was making money and he employed hundreds of pilots to fly his fleet to make him money, he even owned a small fleet of Capital Ships to help the federation from time to time. As he wondered he decided to find himself a sector where he have a base of operations. his own sector! but he quickly realised that he would need to go to far reaches of the Gate Network to find one. he did something rather daring, he enter a set of random co-ordinates. as the jumpdrive charged he wondered what kind of place he would find if any.
His ship Came out of the Wormhole over a planet, redish in color and appearing to have life. he could see a ring around the planet and could see what appeared to be ships. he opened the throttle on his ship and moved towards the planet, as he drew within sensor range he check to see how many life signs there were. Zero intelligent life was the readout, looking up he could beleive what he saw a whole planet that was completly empty of life. he got even closer to the planet and saw a shape, what appeared to be a ISD but they were a myth and made by the teladi!. he came upto the dagger shaped craft, it also was different form the ISD's the teledi use, baffled he decide to tried and board the ship and went to the ventral hanger and flew in.
The site that greeted him was weird, noone on board the hanger was full of the horrible Tie Fighter the teladi made, but they never made this much. he opened the door went for a walk around the vessel. again nothing. since Clyde never gave up a good find he decided to go to the bridge and try and fly this thing back to argon prime get it fixed up with slave curciuts.
Clyde walked into the bridge and saw that the consoles' were different from the ones he had encountered before. he looked at what appeared to be the main control, as he was figuring out how to use it a metalic voice rang out behind him. he jumped and pulled his pistol out and pointed and stranger. it simply told him that it was a "droid" and it was here to help him. after about an hour of talking about thing the "droid" told him that he had sat in the same spot for 3 million years after the last battle waiting for a new captian and that Clyde was it. he almost fell over when he heard the length of time, 3 million years! thats long before human were supposed to have evoled!. anyway he told the "driod" called eyedee-thirty that he wanted to get home but the map on here does not mention any of the jump gates. eyedee told Clyde that the ship could work out were to go if you put in the Gate- network map. Clyde did so and after about 5minutes of waitinn the computer told him to input what system he wanted to go to. he input argon prime and the computer told him to sit down tell him when to activate the "hyperdrive" he sat it the captians chair and told the computer to go. with that all the star appear to streak past the window and turn into a tunnel, he asked Eyedee why it didn't use a jump drive, the reply he got was What is a Jumpdrive?. he said never mind and watched the tunnel.
3 hour later the ship came out of the tunnel and into the system, almost imediatly he just a message from the Argon one, it simply asked what he was doing in the system with the ship and where he got it.

@ gaarmstrong381 Nice try! Not sure if 3 million year old technology would be up to much in the 'present' X Universe though? Wasn't it 'hyperlight' speed they used 'back then'? Mind you, refitted with modern equipment, might be a different kettle of fish. Only problem I see is that the peeps like me, that remember the original Star Wars, might have a problem with old fashioned ship imagery/technology being resurrected. Even the potential for cloning bad boy D.Vader esquire.
