Cool, what a mess though, robots running around or what not

I imagine we are on the same base in Danna's Chance, but technically the pirate boss known as "Major" controls the station, not the Baron, (as Tenlar and I decided), though Baron has his fingers in it too, so an ok misstake.

So someone will me in on Jan then. Has T'ach contacted Marcus to attack Jan's ship, plus what does Jan have for a ship?

Yup, I imagine T'ach (in his Splitlike fury

) radioed Marcus to take the long route around to the hangar and attempt to engage and pursue Jan.

I believe Jan's in a Buster...

He'll most likely get away after a nice long chase into the asteroid field. That might be a good time for Marcus to spot some unusual passive contacts on his gravidar, realize with a horror that they're Xenon and they're in between him and the station, and that they're heading for the station pretty quickly...

I'm thinking around 3 wings of 4-6 fighters each, plus an M6. 2 M wings, an L wing, and a P vanguarded by two LX's.

Most likely T'ach will catch sight of the "component" while Marcus is away and the station is trying to recover from the confusion. Also, the Xenon will probably hit the station only a few seconds after Marcus is able to radio in (he can't let T'ach get vaporized, of course; Marcus can't get paid without him

)

It ought to be a 4-5 post, reasonably-large battle.

But no. He is not in a Buster. He is, in point of fact, in an unarmed Discoverer.

But good luck catching him, fiksal

He's fast, damn near invisible and sneaky as hell. I put that ship encounter in as a bit of a wildcard; Marcus could go after Jan, or he could've just been firing at the last place he saw him once his little Disco left the station. I'm happy either way

Depends. If Marcus' sensor suite is good enough, he might be able to nail Mack with a PPC shot. Maybe. Ish.

Right. Change of plans, as far as my updates go. I have a feeling this one is going to take a while, so I'm writing it in three parts to avoid ridiculously big posts. Something along the lines of 'entry,' 'search,' and 'exit.' (This is Gardna and Kolaco going into C3 to look for clues as to the whereabouts of Omega btw).

Right. You know how when one of my characters does something important, it always ends up being a stupidly long post? I've had enough of that, they're a bitch to write

So I'm splitting the 'let's go see how hard we can rape C3' arc into three to make it easier to read and write.

Also gives me a bit of opportunity to see what Mack's doing in the meantime as well, rather than having to concentrate on Gardna's uberimportant mission all the time.
