Anyone know of a script like this?

I decided I'd like to fly an m6, but there are some glaringly obvious issues with this:

1) Can't dock at normal stations
2) Can't accept assassination missions using the m5 tender as it tells you your ship sucks
3) Can't read bbs when docked at eq docks

Therefore, I'd like a script that would solve these problems (if it exists)

possible solutions:

-Let m6s dock m3s
-Increase the apparent size of station internal docking areas (ie double the size so the m6 fits)
-Add external docking areas to all stations, that allows you to read the bbs.
-Remove the check that m5s have for assassination missions to prevent rejection (probably the easiest).

Well, unfortunetally, I don't think that it's possible.

I know for a fact that you can't add external docking ports to regular stations (I asked that in an earlier post), and I'm 99% sure that you can't get M3s to dock at M6s.
Oh, and for the last one, get an M3. Then you can handle the assaination missions :wink: .

There is a way to get an m3/m4 to dock at an m6 but it requires modification of every m6 scene file and the use of some other files. PM me if you want to know more about it.

Actually you need to modify two files only. Never had problems with the distance when I wanted to leave the M6 in my M3 :?

The problem is, The only m3 actually worth having is the nova, and that's way too slow. Without the rear turret, I'd get pretty much owned by any missiles (The perseus is ok like, but the cargo space sucks, i'd have space for about 10 e-cells after missiles and weapons).
The barracuda only has two shields and the mamba has one. Falcon is slow still (with 75mw I can take a hornet missile hit and still live).

It takes ages for me to kill an m6 in my nova simply because they are way too fast. I'll have to try getting that afterburner from the pirates, that should at least allow me to catch them.

Supertune it using scripts. :wink:
That's what I do, but then again, I play Top Gun, and I use the X-Shuttle, and with a top speed of 420 and 6 Gamma HEPTs, I can take out an M1 with it.

Yeh, well, it's not really a challenge is it? It's like the m7 in X3. Gets boring when you load the damn thing with GPSGs and can destroy an entire xenon armada in 10mins, then clear out pirate alley, again in about 10mins.

Jump to a Kha'ak sector.
You wouldn't last 3 seconds, even in a ship with good shielding (unless it's a capital ship, of course).
