
The stick and buttons are Very customizable. It can be a little overwhelming when you have this many buttons at first, but like others I only need to touch the Keys when I actulay have to type something. You even have the option of useing a Thumb nub on the throttle as the mouse < it works very well also once you get the hang of it.>
Personaly I think MS was Daft to kill there Sidewinder line of Joys! Best and most comfortable stick I ever had was a SW Persiction Pro. I really wanted to buy a Force Feedback Pro but ther all gone now.
so to end my ramble I'd go with a Logitech 3D Pro or the X52 Depending on how many Bells and whistles you want... both have lots of buttons for fast access to things but for me personaly the X52 has 3 hat switches... makes it much easier to fly while in a menu looking at the new Caps and kills you've racked up
