i am looking through my X2 directory (completely lost)

can anyone write me a list of the files that hold the ships bodies

.cats are too complicated for my simple mind and there is alot of them

You mean the default ship bodies? I think that earthpilot had a list around here somewhere and deadlyda had an excel file linked around here somewhere too... try looking through the sticky lists for a post by earthpilot it should be there.
