just ordered mine from egosoft too, get the farnham book to read on the toilet inbetween food,drink and X3
also bought the saitek x52 joystick and throttle.
just need a state of the art pc now.
My wife must understand that the reason i booked a week off work

Oh no, I have preordered yesterday, but there is a state holiday here in the Czech Republic on 28th. The 28th release date means that they will start sending copies or that we will recieve copies. Because that would the first time in my life I would hate a state holiday
May I ask a very suptid question (since I can't find any other thread mentioning it) - But could you possibly tell me when Egosoft shop will be shipping X3 out for those of us who pre-ordered it via the shop??
IE: Will we get it on the day of release, or will they ship it on the day of release??
My appoligies if this has been asked and answered somewhere else, but I couldn't find it..

i too would be very interested in getting the answer to this. i live in australia and really hope the preorder arrives on the 28th. if egosoft are using a good courier comany that should be no problem.
co-incendentaslly - if my preorder does arrive before it is availabel in sotres then i will be impressed and very likley to continue buying through egosoft store (x4 ).
well i checked with gamestop, and they said that since they pushed it back already 1 time that 90% likly they wont set another date, usually 1 or 2 days is ok but if its a week IE the 27 or 28th then they would have definatly put it to at least the 27th of the month, so IM GOING TOMOROW AND IM GONNA GET MY COPY
even if its wishfull thinking let me have my dreamworld, its my 1player world anyway................

i think its the 28th october in the UK because schools are on half term from this friday all the kids are at home one the biggest shopping weeks before xmas
im the same way i keep checking this d*mn site to see any updates lol, but its annoying that the wouldnt release a definate release date for US, but im guessing that gamestop knows more than we do and this site so hell im putting alll my faith in them.....im gonna be there tomorow lol IM GONNA AT LEAST TRY!
I was hoping I would get this before the weekend. Guess going have to wait till next week . From where I pre-order, they said it will be shipped out on 10/24. I hope they will stick with the date and not set it back again .
I have preordered it will it arrive on the 28th or leave the warehouse/shop on that day as its been a looooooonnggg wait. Will companies be allowed and have the game early enough so we receive it on the 28th. I have never preordered something before so sorry if a simple question.
This is my firstr preorder too. As I said before there is a state holiday od Friday 28th. So the post office will not work. So I hope they will use some delievry company instead of normal mail.
EVERY store when i asked hey do you guys have any info on x3? there like what?.......so i have been educating and getting people to look into the game, i know for sure have gotten at least 20 people to preorder ^_^ so im doing my part to encourage egosoft to get started on a expantion pack....yea you herd me the fast the happier we will be when x4 rolls around in about 2 years
