[FINAL] AL-Plugin: Race Invasions Mode 7.1
Version 7.1
Hello,
What it is :
This is an AL-Plugin, that makes more war-feeling in X2, the "good" races will sometimes ask you for help them while they attack a sector from some of the "bad" races. And also the "good" races will ask you for help, if the "bad" races attack them.
What it does :
The Script let spawn very variable fleets of the races in their home sectors and then the fleets will jump into a sector from the other races and attack them there.

Sorry for my bad English,...
The Script ...
- ... creates Invasors who attacks the "good" races, like Argon
- ... creates Fleets of the "good" races, which attack the enemy's (Xenon, ect.)
- ... send you a message if this happens, a S.O.S. or a Military Request
..both for helpin them in fight.

I don't think so, the Attacks aren't very hard, if you haven't set the harder attacks to Yes. The Attacks are very variable, the Number of Attacking Ships is dependent (thanks to TSM for translation of "abhängig") from the sector.metis wrote:[...]
One sugestion though: maybe it would be better to add some capital ships during the attack and if attacks is succesful then the sector would belong to the race that attacked

it's not a Mod, it's a AL-Script And, where can i find the mod?
You can install the Script with every Mod

I can't get it to work. I've extracted it to my X2 folder (there's now a RAR file in there thats just 48kb, called al-plugin.stm.attacker.3.3.rar)
I started X2 and went to AL settings, but only the normal patrols and task forces were in there. No red attack stuff.
Does the rar file have to be in the mods or scripts folder? Or is it alright if it's just in the X2 folder, like where the save games are.
I really want to try this, but it's not working!

It's all working. Winzip sucks. If that's what I actually had. Either way, a quick search on google and a few mins download later, I tried it.
Infortunately I oculd only grab a few minutes play, and I straight away got a message from the argons being attacked, as Merxz said, bu null. And the split wanted my help going into an unknown sector, which I unfortunately don't have co-ords for yet. Damn!
But yeah, it's pretty awesome. Two things though.
Firstly, that null thing needs sorting. Also, I noticed the biggest thing in the enemy invasion thing was 5 or 6 KM3s. And that was with the hard mode on. Any chance of a super hard mode? Where a cap ship comes through?
Overall though, awesome plugin. Can't wait to get some time defending the good guys!!

The Number of the Attacking Ship depends to the Sector, if there is a M1/M2 or a shipyard or other things like this, the attack is harder (more ships)
If the player have ships or stations there the attack is also harder

I didn't see an M2, but I only jumped in then had to quit. There may have been one on the other side of the sector. I'll play with it some more tomorrow, can't tonight
