ERH_RA_Xenon_GO Final
Attention: script fix, and some thing New see bottom.
Hello:
This is the ERH_RA_Xenon_GO mod merge.
I am E.R.Hyland I merged the ships from the Xenon mod with the RA ships mod and 2 of the
ships from the Secrete Goner mod.
I tweaked the ships performance.
I tweaked the guns performance.
I tweaked the missiles performance.
I tweaked some of the scrips.
I added spawning Xenon jump attacks. (Crude mod of the Pirate M6 script)
Look in the "t" folder for all the original read me's. I think I have them all if not I apologize.
Installing:
Make sure X2 is at V1.04.
Make a back up folder put your scripts, svs, t, (04.cat, 04.dat and up), and your game saves in it.
Put the ERH_RA_Xenon_GO scripts, svs, t, 04.cat, 04.dat, 05.cat, 05.dat in your X2 The Threat
folder.
Put the ERH_RA_Xenon_GO cat/dat in your mod folder if you don't have one copy the mod
folder over to your X2 The Threat folder.
Running:
Start X2 The Threat select the mod ERH_RA_Xenon_GO the start the game.
Start new game I suggest on hard.
Type Thereshallbewings when you are in your ship use the shift key for the capital T.
Now press s key, c key, s key to enter the editor press enter key, enter key, and then the esc key to
exit.
Now I suggest you press Shift O and turn off auto save.
Now go to the Treading Station, and save your game then load it, and save it again.
Now exit the station and stop your ship press Shift E to get in your space suit. Press Enter, press e,
then press s, to open the editor and run the 3 Have Scan will Travel scripts read it's readme for
more info.
I tweaked, so you have a docking computer, 15 ECM's, 15 E-cells, jump drive, and a transporter.
You can now transport to your ship in a emergency, or jump to safety.
Note Space Suits, Nav Sat's, Fighter Drones, and Laser Towers now benefit form being made of
Dwarf Star Alloy which gives them high hull levels. (Long term exposure can be bad for living
things)
Ok now go save your game again, and start playing.
It's a big bad X-Universe, and I suggest you look around before you pick a fight, and get some
ECM's.
Hornet's now can nock 4 125mw shields to 28% have a range of 40km, and a speed of 86.
Use them like bombs on M1/M2's, or 17 of im on Laser Towers.
Silkworm= MWM Hornet.at Silkworm speed.
Dragonfly= Silkworm at Dragonfly speed.
Wasp= Silkworm at Wasp speed.
Mosquito is a little stronger can now blow up a squash mine with 1.
HEPT are now PPC's with less range.
PPC's use double the energy, and have less range, but are triple strong.
IRE's are faster.
Teladi ships are really cool and expensive.
The New RA ships can be found only in the home systems that make them.
There is a place where you can buy Khaak guns, and the Endgame, and another where you can
buy captured ship, and pirate ships don't Save your game there.
And check out the main gun of the Galaxy. (The Endgame)
Engine tuning now uses Nividium.
You can order from the black market if you have a Trading System Extension.(general menu)
You can hack hostiles frindly if you have hacking chips 1 per hack doesn't work on Xenon.
(Pirate menu)
You can your ships for damage if you have a Freight Scanner.( General menu)
You can scan for hidden things if you have a Triplex Scanner. Works by overloading the scanner,
and destroys it. (General menu)
You can remote freight beam if you have a Transporter. (General menu)
The pirates have been scavenging Kha'ak missiles, Nividium.
You can salvage ships now without interfering with the tunning unit.
All 1.4 Bonus scripts are in except the universal trader it's not compatible with this mod, and this
mod needs the old hot fix one, so don't remove it.
This mod is for starting a new game only. Do not try to merge it. You may be able to add new
scripts. This mod only know to be compatible with it's self.
Use at your one risk I take now responsibility for damage etc...
This was hard work for me I hope you all like it.

Script Fix, and the something new.
This is a fix for ERH_RA_Xenon_GO
The new Xenon scripts will fix the Xenon JumpRaid problem. Instal all scripts and over wright
the old ones. Delete init.Xenon.JumpRaid.xml.
No.AI.SpeedUp: will fix the overly fast enemy ships problem.
And a new TunningUnitMk1. Delete the init.BoostX.xml.
SETA boost extension: (The new TunningUnit MK1)
What is it? It is my mod of the TunningUnitMk1
Why do you want it? Well you know that you like the old one better, and this one is even better.
How?
It talks.
The SETA boost is part of the game so that will be spoken, and I added a spoken description too,
so it is now like a normal in game extension, and this part is multi-lingual.
But that's not all besides the normal tones the script now also talks too.
It says Turbo engaged.
It says Conventional Engine.
It says Attention. Energy low! not available.
It says SETA boost extension ready, or if your in x6 time it says SETA ready.
.
And as it doesn't use a ware slot theirs one more available, and it does not conflict with the
Salvage Mod.
What more can you ask for.
Warning may not be compatible with the new bonus Tunning unit, so run this one instead.
And of course I take no responsibility if your game messes up, or your doge eats your home work,
or anything else etc...

I have just found a bug in the BlackMarketOrder script I did not right this script, and it looked like it was working , so I assumed, and you know what they say about assuming.
I am uploding a fix if you want to wait for it you will need to open the script editor, and delete BlackMarketOrder script, and save your game then put the new script in load your game, and save it.
OR you can fix it your self by opening the script editor, open the BlackMarketOrder script.
Goto line 011 change owner=race5 to friendly race.
Goto line 012 change variable $ship to $ship2
close script editor and save your game.
Apologies.

If you want pic's look at the RA ships mod the Xenon mod, and the Secret Goner mod's Goner TS, and Goner M3.

This is what I call a MegaMod. It changes so many things and adds tons of awesome stuff like the Scrapyards!(finnally) Too bad that I'll have to save my "scripts" directory before I install this sense it changes so many of them. X-D
The install looks really lengthly.. is it all needed?
[edit] At the end of loading I get a message that a Cartel script has been installed but I'm no where! I can't even get into the galaxy editor to fix the problem.

Ok if you just want the new ships all you need to do the is put the ERH_Xenon_GO .cat & .dat in your mods folder and pick it, and the setup.plugin.addships.home.xml in your scripts folder. (the Pirate Darkin will not be available this way, and no Khaak missiles, or Nividium at the Pirate stations)
As for the message your getting it's from the shield hacking script it's just telling you it's running.
As for the Install I did it this way so it would be as easy as posible to install, and remove, and have no conflicts other scripts.
Just backup, put the mod in, if you don't like it just put your backup back in.
