Spacefly collection
Is it possible to craft that item to complete that mission? I have 7 Authentic Spaceflies in my inventory, but it doesn't look like it's a crafting item?

Although I've not tried to collect "Spacefly Eggs (authentic)" yet, I've seen mission offers asking for a collection in exchange for equipment.

Ah, I think I have authentic spaceflies, not eggs. Damn, is it possible to identify nividium asteroid by inspection, or do you need to target every rock till find one? Never tried manual mining of rocks before.

I shall now pull further rabbits out of the hat that is the wiki list of guides
Snafu's guide to visually identifying asteroids
A spreadsheet of "Harvestable resource locations in Rebirth v3.61" is uploaded to the wiki (see link below for the most up-to-date version).
Wiki list of guides is here:
https://www.egosoft.com:8444/confluence ... d=34406437
If any one knows of other guides to add, please do so
Edit: Change link for the Harvestable Resource spreadsheet to point to the wiki to future-proof against version changes and re-uploads.

I assume that someone might want to complete the Healthy Enthusiast (Particle Repeater Mk3) Quest as early as possible... so.. have fun outside the Highways.

when you see a zone in map it says if it has nividium or not, just select one with nividium, see if there are npc miners in there mining them, if so, chances are there will always be spaceflies lying around you can loot.
If not, just grab a mining laser and drill nividium , chances are you will get them in no time.

that's how I did it too, after not being bale to find any manually.strude wrote:I've got 3 from setting one of my miners to mine nividium and tagging along.
the miningvessel moved over 60 km from the highway to an asteroid field.
since there are many, many asteroidfields around, this method works pretty well.
the zone map shows little dots when containers are dropped in space.
