Complex complexity

So...finally got all the mods, and my brain, working together properly.

Now my complex is all constructed, cleaned with Complex Cleaner, assembled with Complex Construction Kits, and supplied with energy cells (the easiest ware with which to jumpstart a self-sufficient complex).

Everything is great, except for one thing: Some of the end products are not being produced even though all of the input requirements are met.

Anyone seen this sort of situation before?

I designed the complex with Xadrian, with the specific requirement that every intermediate product would be made in excess, so that it would build up a stock of each to be sold off by CAG/CLS pilots when they got stockpiled too high. I'd hoped that it would "shake out" in time, but it's been hours and there are enough of each input to start a production cycle for each of the non-functioning factories.

Were you able to fix your problem? The only thing I could think of is sometimes factories get disabled somehow. If that happens you have to go into the complex settings and toggle the production off/on to get them going.

some of the complex cleaner factorys require massive amounts of resources to start. my recommendation on a cc closed complex is to supply it with two mistral SF (5000 units, i think) of crystal instead of e-cells or network the SPP separately and use smaller a quantity.

I had it stable at one point by stuffing every intermediate product to about 60%, but eventually they started to run out again.

Once I install my new SSD and get everything reinstalled, I will try a few more ideas before scrapping the whole playthrough and starting anew.

i suspect the problem is all those 20+ factorys. you may need to feed large batches of ecells or crystals from other factorys to 'prime' this monster so that it woks buy its self

This is actually fairly small compared to some complexes I've seen other people make, ~60 doesn't hold a candle to the 200+ I've seen some folks put together (which is the reason that Complex Cleaner mod exists in the first place).
