[WIP] Ship Tuning

As I have now played with most of the ships we can build. I saw that cargo on some of the universal storage type cargo is small. Scaldis can only hold 15000 energy cells. Well I have some missions from fight reloaded that need to be able to carry 97000. Well the Rahanas energy can only hold 65000. That means the only other ship that might do is the construction ship. Did not look to see amount it could carry.

Anyway I remember being able to make more cargo room, ship speed, and steering, on most of the ships for x3:tc.

So here we go again.

Planned
Add a command to engineer to modified ship it is on. (Player will have better control over this, but npc ships will get mods as well)
Add larger storage containers (All types bulk, container, liquid, energy, fuel)
Add more shield mk levels (4 to 10)
Add more gun/turret mk levels (3 to 10)
Add more engine mk levels (2 to 10) (this includes booster speed being better)
Add more jumpdrive mk level (2 to 3) less fuel used on higher mk. (would like longer jump range but I think that is hardcoded)


This is an WIP as I have time. I already know this will be a big overhaul so it will take time.
