Testing X3AP 3.1

A small but dedicated group of our DevNet volunteers have continued to work on sorting out a few remaining issues with X3AP 3.0 while the rest of us get on with X Rebirth.

Those of you who have signed up for basic DevNet membership (no NDA required) are invited to help test their work here.
