Requirements :
Fast ship (kestrel 605m/s)

Well shielded destroyer (i used a fully loaded captured tyr)
Second destroyer guarding your jump beacon and refuel ship (optional)

M7M capable of launching boarding pods with well trained (20) marines on board, i used a 5 star mech and 5 star hacking marines with 40+ fighting skills.

TS ship with Energy cells, torpedoes, and flails.

The op.
first task is to pick up a small cluster of Terran sector, such as saturn2 and 3, those sectors seems to attract less attention from military vessels.
have the small fleet ready, with enough jump drives. go into your fast ship with the jump beacon in the cargo hold, and flight it to your destination, make sure you plant your jump beacon in the last sector. such as earth. or Saturn 3, it is important to drop it in a dead end sector.
get in the sector, and drop it 30-60 km behind the gate. and command your M7M and the destroyer jump to the jump beacon you just dropped.
first task is to eliminate EVERYTHING with your destroyer but have your M7M protect you and follow you. pilot your destroyer, it is possible that a rapid response force shows up if it does:
i recommend using M7Ms to kill any rapid response ships. this will avoid that they jump away to come back a few minutes later.
Rapid response ships:
if a claymores jumps in. transport yourself to the M7M and kill it with flails ASAP.
if an Osaka jump in , use 4-6 barrage with torpedoes this number should kill it.
if Tokios jumps in 4-5 barrages should make a quick kill on the carrier.
from there. you are safe for now to take care of the fighters (if any) using your destroyer, with the same ship now clean the sector removing all the stations you find on your way.
once sector clear, jump the rest of your fleet, and re arm your M7M.
now move your destroyer and M7M to the adjacent sector and do the same . once cleared, grab your Fighter. and start killing the TS or make then bail as soon as they enter the sector. now you need to get in and out of the second cleaned sector, and get back. took me 8 in game hours doing this with my fighter, until...
AI TL's use the shipyard in the moon to load stations.
So far i can confirm that ice harvesting facilities are being transported by Terran NPC TL's .
i have a hunch that big docks are not.
Captured TLs behavior is fixed in AP. once captured you can jump them and make then dock somewhere safe, and they will do so AND STAY THERE.
you might not be able to complex this stations. i will confirm later.

i plan to move to next adjacent sector , once my M7M is completely refilled, one thing is certain, the more stations you destroy , the more likely GOD's TL will send me new factories.
Main target is a matter antimatter warhead production fab and the specter production facility.
