PHQ 'STILL' again accepting more wares than should?

Simple PHQ typical CAG nearby sector. I set up the HQ like 2000 wares each. THEN, gave the HQ money to start trading. However after 30 minutes I seen I could not get any energy to stock up? then I noticed that
energy=0
Ore = 27,875
raster oil = 18,987
Teledium = 21,987
Tubes = 23
crystals = 0
silicon = 5,709
chips = 3
computer = 7

I have a hub complex for each needed ware in the sector, each hub has like 3-5 stations each. I am useing mistral SF to haul the goods.

The HQ only had one Minstarel SF, each hub complex has about 2-4 each.

Some how the ship CAG's disregaurd the limits and sold it all to the HQ, or the HQ took it all in regardless of the limits.

I loaded all the wares onto about 5 Arans and dumped the rest into space, Cleared the HQ ware list and it started to do it again?

this is van 3.?.? the lastest update and the bonus pack only.

Any ideas? bug?

Some scripts, like UT's, and possibly Buy for Best Price traders, don't abide by the PHQ limits. It does set limits for CAG's and CLS's, though. This isn't a 'bug' as such, just a limitation of the Dockware Manager and the trading scripts.

So my UT's may have dumb all those goods at my HQ. I had the prices set lower than the going rate? Ok, food for thought I will watch it if I can to see if they are the 5 UT's that I have running.

ok my PHQ had 3 CAG's and 5 UT's

I got ride of the UT's and only CAG's ran the sectors.

I put it on seta 10, watch for 15-20 and no NPC's or UT's came into the sector. I made a cup of coffee came back and pulled up the PHQ wares list.

^%$#^%$^%#&# now the ore went from 8K to 21K with a 3k limit

also Rimes 9k is now 27K, rastor oil 3k limit was 5k now 25k

I double check my limits, rest the station 2 times, spent an hour dumping all my profit into space to watch my money drift away.

It has to be CAG's dumping wares disregarding the PHQ limits OR the PHQ just taking it away from the local CAG's

NOTE: all 10 complex station have CAG's and JUMP set to 1 sector. I am in spires of illusion, so you know they can not sell or buy from the next sector. there must be atleast 30 minstral SF in the sector, each station has about 3 just making and trading goods.

the last thing I can think of is if an apprentice cag sells to the phq BUT the PHQ with limits should say to him "GO PLAY IN GATE TRAFFIC, I AM FULL!!!"

any other ideas?

Oh I just check that ore was set buy/sell at 50 well below my sector 120 so it still made its way onto my PHQ even silicon, rimes, rastor oil, and teledium? all set to max low cost? if anything the other CAG's would be taking it off my HQ to sell at the local station, so what gives?
