Updates required due to new patch (esp wrt M7)

The new patch adds some ships... (yay)... the m3+ are mostly fine coz they get lumped into m3. but the m7 gets a whole new object class... this causes some problems with some existing scripts. I tot I jot down those that I discover and found what to change so that it could be easier for the people who are maintaining the scripts to know??? (I know, should inform them, but I rather that it be done AFTER people can put together a decent list. could be irritating that correcting small stuff bit by bit, or get bugged by the same person for a thousand little things...)

Anarkis Carrier Command

Basically, M7 is a carrier (a bicycle is still a wheeled vehicle)

setup.anakis.carrier needs to be updated to allow the m7 to have the usual command slots (the refuel carrier with is something that people will want to hunt down weapon parts I think). fttb, I just copied each line with the M1 and change the object class to M7. works.

possible addition is some carrier commands that suits small carrier... e.g. an auto carrier command that makes docked ships "attack target of..." with the carrier as the target when the threat level is reached.

Terracorp Fleet

M7 got ignored totally coz it was never checked for.

my hacky patch is to go into addon.cpilots.TF.force.eval and copied all the chunks related to M6 but change the object class to M7, so that it gets added to capital/heavy list. I kept the "strategic value" of the M7 similar to M6 though, but I think it could be tweaked higher.... (hey, I just want it to work for now).

Fighter Base Commander

Not sure if this is caused by me applying the new joint Terracorp pilot+fleet+etc without removing the original scripts.... but there seems to be a problem with M3+ Eclipse with 125 MJ shield. Seems no matter how much money the station is given, it doesn't buy the shields.. haven;'t digged deep enough coz I just bought and installed the shields manually.

misc odd problems dunno if caused by scripts.

I find that occasionally, my eclipse;'s shield suddenly disappear. there was no combat or whatever. it just disappeared.... (the whole 125 MJ shield.... )

The maintainers for the above mentioned scripts could be making updates already, so do ignore me if that is the case... If you haven't started, hoep that my forage helps to increase your efficiency in updating. for the rest, it could serve as quicky self-patch until the "official" patches are out.

please feel free to add on to this list...

m7s (in a vanilla game, i.e. hyperion) dont hold "large quantities" of ships, fighters, so i wudnt see much point in anarkis carrier commands running on them... but thats just my opinion.

terracorps fleet package - what version are u running? my version of the fleet package allows for m7 usage. fighterbase does not, it only supports m3, 4 and 5...
