Superstar Destroyer Needed For Project

Hi everyone I would like to know if anyone has created a super star destroyer. I would like to use it to finalise the project im working on#. Originally I had one but had an error and had to reboot the computer. The site that I got it from does'nt work anymore either

Do you mean a ship already modded into X2 or just a 3d model?

possibly a scripted one cause i would like to use your top gun mod with it

im not very good at all the modding so as long as its already made i dont mind. Then i could just drop it in there

You know there is already a star destroyer in me mod made by deadlyda? Also if you want to put a super star destroyer in there it will have to be bigger than the star destroyer if you stay with the scale of ships in me mod which will make it take up half the commerce grid in any sector. You will also have to enlarge the gate model so it will fit through.

naa i dont mind it not fitting through cause i wanted a kind of secret base in the far corners of herrons nebula i needed a superstar destroyer and a deathstar but im keeping them seperated

i was gonna spawn it outside the commerce grid quite far way + plus i kinda destroyed half of herrons nebula the only thing that remains is my space station

Goin on a rampage eh? Ah well I've done that a few times too lol. Forgot to mention that in X2 there is a limitation of only six turrets per ship and a four gun limit per turret except on the last turret in the scene file of the ship. This means that any ship can only be defended by six turrets with four guns each except the last turret can have a bunch but thats useless for a defensive posture in battle. This means that if you have a ship thats about the size of half the sector, it will not be able to fend off enemy ships quickly and because of it's size the enemy ships can probably hide from your guns and just sit there and shoot ya until you die. Also a ship of that size will not be able to avoid enemy fire of any kind even with a strafe drive.

im not the person who avoids fire lol. Im the person who goes and see's who shields are stronger

so has your star destroyer got the max lasers it can have

Yep it's got the max main guns that a large ship can have which for X2 is four guns and it's got the most front turret guns that I can get to work on it although I think the version in deadlyda's mod has more I just couldn't get the game to use more than 18 front turret guns lol. Other turrets all use four guns each.

but... ive managed to add quite a few extra guns to your star destroyer... I remeber setting like, 15 on each side at one time... It was pretty trippy :)
