Okay, so someone made ANOTHER M6 mod. Woo and yay.

While I did add some extra turrets, I didnt go all overboard like adding 10 to each ship. They fare a little better against fighters now but I can't add a lot of turret weapons without making them complete monsters in OOS combat. I think my Xenon P is a step in this direction, though. I may build on that.

All M6 got a SLIGHT increase around 10 % to steering, laser, and shield energy and most got an extra shield. The Dragon is still stuck at 2 since it got a considerable weapons upgrade.

The turret angles are not QUITE as static and boring as in the regular game so you may find the "attack my target" turret command quite useful now.

The Xenon P (while not getting a LOT of turret weapons) is finally an opponent since those turrets are placed at rather... odd and alien positions. Adds a little spice to the "top turret on the top, rear turret at the rear" routine...

ALSO:
Improved cockpit positions for all M6, Nova, Disco, Boron TL, Split TL.
The Boron TL got all new "cinematic" turret cameras instead of firing the turrets from half a kilometer away.
IMO that adds a LOT of atmosphere but tell me whatcha think...

An Excel table for all ship stats is included for those who just want a quick overview. (I changed some things about the M6)
Download the free viewer from Microsoft if ya can't print it. =)

For now I only fixed up the ships *I* want but eventually (or if there's demand) I'll get to the rest.

I would love to see this mod expanded to include the other nose infected ships. A version without the stat mods would be nice.
