I am using "Boarding Plus" in 3.0 Beta 3 and it is working fine.

I saw that "Yet Another Trader v1.0" was added as fully working in v3.0 Beta 3, however it seems that the option configure ship is disabled.

I can add a new ship as a trader, however I am not being able to set up a maximum budget to it or any other config options.

I'm having no trouble configuring YAT ships in 3.0b3.

You're seeing no options to configure YAT though Main Menu -> Trading?

The ships added to the YAT are not appearing to me under the configuration menu. There is nothing to be selected there.

Faction Logo Mod - just fixed for Beta3 (which broke it by adding hack-able Engineers :D ) - doing some last compatibility tests under 2.5 because i make the package compatible to both ;), will update the package in a few minutes ;)
if not stated otherwise everything i post is licensed under WTFPL

Ich mache keine S&M-Auftragsarbeiten, aber wenn es fragen gibt wie man etwas umsetzen kann helfe ich gerne weiter ;)

I wont do Script&Mod Request work, but if there are questions how to do something i will GLaDly help ;)

Strictly speaking, the issue mentioned by HailedGordon is known to Yorrick and he's looking at it. It isn't a beta version issue, though, as it affects 2.51 as well.

On the subject of beta compatibility, though, if you could kick Human Resources back down to 2.51, then I'd appreciate it. They're making some more aggressive changes to the standard NPC dialog scripts with 3.0, and I doubt I'll be able to stay of top of everything until the beta phase has completed.

Disable Collision Damage is also working in 3.00Beta.
You know, VR is the perfect time to use the unimplimented dialog and audio file for Yisha that detects when the player is looking at her for a bit and says, "You're staring..." - Nodus Cursorius
