Thank you for the tip - I always thought that was a header of some type and not a control button.
However... it doesn't work for me. It continually sits in the first window despite acting like it wants to do something (flashing quickly).
I am using an Nvidia 8800 Ultra with two monitors, not set to span DX programs (ie each should be able to hold a separate display), but they do span where the desktop is concerned. Using Vista Ultimate, without any desktop animation.

EDIT:
I fixed this by switching my right (primary) monitor to be the secondary monitor. Usually I like my primary on the right and secondary on the left, but that wouldn't work with the map program for some reason. Probably it assumes that primary is left and secondary is right (which isn't true in all cases).
What I had that wasn't working: 2 : 1
What I have that is working now: 1 : 2
I would of course prefer to use the original layout, but if Scorp doesn't have time to fix the bug I can understand.
