Ever since 9.0 I've been seeing these projectiles all over the place, and for some reason their framerate seems extremely low despite the overall framerate of the game being acceptable (video was recorded at 30fps IIRC, but the game was playing at ~60). It's as if I'm watching a powerpoint presentation about a projectile. I can see each distinct step in the animation creep across the screen and it's jarring.
I've tried updating my graphics drivers and changing settings but I haven't been able to make it look normal. My LOD settings are maxxed out but frankly this looks bad even at a distance so if that was the problem it still wouldn't really help.
