Description:
Fresh game installation to new OS and save is started with version 9.0.
I was doing mission to find 5 stars methane from 18 Billion. I made some long range scans and then decided drop resource probe near MIN Woodworm Scrubs station. It showed me 5 stars but mission indicated it wasn't enough. So I picked up the probe and continued flying. After couple more scans I spotted nice brown cloud using LRS, stopped the ship and deployed the probe. Mission was successful.
When I checked the map it didn't show me any resouces in the area (mining filter enabled and selected it should show all main categories) even the probe tells there's plenty gasses. Then I selected 2 of my gas miners waiting in Argon Prime and tried give then manual mining order - cannot do (see screenshot).

Test scenario:
Savegame starts on 18 Billion next of resouce probe.
There's 2 gas miners (Bolo (JQX-576) and Alligator (OMT-486)) located in Argon Prime right next of own Advanced Electronics station (GOH-070).
Select 1 of ships and try give it mining order in 18 Billion next of player ship.
