Description:
Fresh game installation to new OS and save is started with version 9.0.
I have noticed during playing that the most of times red indicators for data leaks are not visible so it becomes quite hard to spot them. Isuse exist with abandoned ships and station modules. I have noticed that sometimes data leaks indicator works somehow ok but the most of times it's not. Changing (disable and re-enable) indicator from game settings does not help.
I made test as was flying Envoy and trying spot data leak from Zyarth's station module that:
- when changed external view (F2) data leak indicator dot started show.
- when changed back to inside ship (F1) red dot disappeared.
See screenshot and screenshot which shows view from outside and inside.
screenshot as example from Paranid station module (only inside taken).
Issue is not (atleast fully) ship specific as it happens in spacesuit and S- & M-size ships (not tested with L&XL ships yet).
So far I have flied using Cutlass, Discoverer VA, Envoy and Odachi the most.
Missing indicator does not make playing any easier when already have limited vision.
Savefile
Test scenario:
Envoy is parked next of Zyarth Wharf where data leak is located. Activate scan mode.
- When inside of ship red dot is missing.
- Change to external view (F2) and red dot should appear almost immediately.
