Couple problem with faction relatio (It can be mod problem)

Game start i use is custom creative

Exact nature of problem: I think i have broken faction relation mechanic, from start i kill many xenons in neutral faction sector (ANT) and my reputation didn't grow one bit. Second problem i saw is that i have police license on allied ARG and dont get money for xenon kills in their sectors.

I think that could be problems with mods but idk what mod cause this. Maybye someone can help me cuz im lost...

Problem solved with help finded on egosoft discord. Source of problem was cheat menu mod
