Mouse Cursor Speed

Post by BrigandPhantos77 »

Is there a way to adjust (slow down) the mouse / cursor speed while in game?

I am having a really hard time controlling it and clicking on windows as it flies past everything. And is there a hot key to close the left and right monitors? That's really the only thing I use it for.

As far as I know, there is no in-game adjustment for that as it is inherited from the Operating System. If you have a mouse with a DPI button, it becomes pretty easy to adjust on the fly :)

It happens in most games I play. I've adjusted the sensitivity through Windows, and it does slow down. But once I enter a game, it goes almost uncontrollably fast. Trying to close a the monitors for example after a ship capture, it fly's past the X button at high speed. I'm used to a track ball mouse which is easier to control, but since my last one quit on me I've been stuck using a standard optical mouse.
