Import models from star wars interworlds into blender

Hi! new here so i hope i ask at the right place.

So i'm trying to import a model of a ship from the star wars interworlds mod into blender.
I extracted the cat files so i have the xml files, But i tried using the xrconverter, but when i run the command i see a short window pop up but nothing happens. Am I missing something?
