Running most recent non-beta. Game version 8.00. English. All DLC.
I was doing the Split Civil War questline and it seems to be a little stuck. I'm on the quest "Turning the Tide" which is right after sabotaging the Hall of Judgement. The current quest step is "Undock: Hall of Judgement". No matter how many times I undock from the station though, the quest won't proceed. There is no indicator on the map or my UI about where I need to be. I have tried undocking with both personal ships and the ship I got for the getaway on the previous mission. The station is currently under ARG control.
The next step of the quest if I could get past undock is "Talk to: Dal Busta". I went back to PHQ and talked to him and he has a dialog choice for Split Civil War but clicking on it just ends the dialog without him saying anything. The option to abort the mission is not available.
I think the cause of the bug is that when I was doing the quest, I got glitched into some geometry and so teleported off the station instead of a normal undock.
I have tried editing the save file to both revert to step one and advance to step 3. No matter what variation of this I do though, I never get a guidance waypoint telling me to go anywhere for any active step. Dal Busta never says anything to me when I choose the dialog option "Split Connection". I also tried editing the save to make the mission abortable but I was never able to abort.
Is there any way I can un-stick or restart this quest?

If you can provide a link to a vanilla save showing the issue then there is a chance the devs will look into it. If all your relevant saves are now edited then it might be better to let me move this to the gameplay forum where more players will see it and might be able to advise you.

I was able to fix it. I found that the next step of the quest was actually to talk to "Lae t'Shn". I went there and talking progressed the quest even though the objectives never updated. Was able to push through doing the real tasks until the full mission was resolved and all seems good now. Thanks though!
