Spiele auf dem Steamdeck, meistens im Offline-Mode. Manchmal über NVIDIA-Go.
Bin gestern online gegangen und es gab ein X4-Update (wahrscheinlich das Februar update?) sowie das Update auf Vulkan 3. Danach habe ich das Spiel gestartet. Zunächst fiel auf, dass die Musik wieder aktiviert war (habe sie normal aus) und dann, dass alle meine Spielstände mit älteren Versionen ausgetauscht waren (neuester Spielstand 2026-03-08 00:51:43 Version 8.00). Habe die Online-Daten (https://store.steampowered.com/account/ ... torageapp/...) abgeglichen und der letzte Spielstand da wurde entsprechend im Spiel auch geladen:

Ich habe aber offline auf dem Steamdeck im Save-Ordner (deck/.local/share/steam/steamapps/compatdata/392160/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/documents/egosoft/x4/-steam-ID-/save) auch neuere Spielstände (zumindest wurden sie danach erst erstellt und haben andere Datenmengen (>121 MB)).
Wenn ich das Spiel verlasse versucht Steam die Spielstände hochzuladen. Dann kommt jedoch eine Fehlermeldung: "Steam cloud: Synchronisation nicht möglich" - Steam konnte Ihre letzten Spielstände für X4: Foundations nicht mit der Steam Cloud synchronisieren." Auch bei "Erneut Versuchen" passiert nichts.
Gibt es irgendwie eine Lösung mit den neueren Spielständen zu spielen? Diese befinden sich im richtigen Ordner aber irgendwie werden sie nicht geladen.

I went online yesterday and there was an X4 update (probably the February update?) as well as the update to Vulkan 3. After that, I launched the game. First, I noticed that the music was back on (I usually have it off), and then that all my save files had been replaced with older versions (latest save file: 2026-03-08 00:51:43 Version 8.00). I compared the online data (https://store.steampowered.com/account/ ... torageapp/...) and the latest save file there was loaded into the game accordingly:

However, I also have newer save files offline on the Steam Deck in the save folder (deck/.local/share/steam/steamapps/compatdata/392160/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/documents/egosoft/x4/-steam-ID-/save) (at least they were created afterward and have different file sizes (>121 MB)) .
When I exit the game, Steam tries to upload the saves. However, an error message appears: “Steam Cloud: Synchronization not possible” - “Steam was unable to synchronize your latest saves for X4: Foundations with the Steam Cloud.” Even when I click “Try Again,” nothing happens.
Is there any way to play with the newer save files? They’re in the correct folder, but for some reason they aren’t loading.

Solved my Problem.
The Game-Files are now in an other directory on steamdeck. Now they are in:
"home/deck/.config/Egosoft/X4/-user ID-/save/"
Insert my newer saves in there and now it works.
