Basically, I investigated the second investigation of the espionage network, the one that automatically triggers diplomatic incidents, and a diplomatic incident was generated between TER and MIF.
This incident didn't interest me, so I didn't take any action. When the diplomatic incident was resolved, the result was shown in the logbook (status quo).
However, in the logbook, you can see that the name MIF has been changed to a variable "SHORTFACTION1$".
I honestly don't know if it's a misassigned variable or if the Spanish text is no asigned.

It's the first entry in the logbook in the save.
[#5024]The outcome of a diplomatic incident shown in the logbook displays variables instead of faction names.

It's a missing character in the Spanish translation. This will be fixed in a future update. Thanks for the report.

I don't know if it's important, but the same thing has happened to me again, this time between ARG and FRF, with argon being the one displaying the variable name.
Although it shows the same variable, "SHORTFACTION1$", as the original post.
Although it shows the same variable, "SHORTFACTION1$", as the original post.

Yes, that one will be corrected at the same time.
