This is a save made incidentally with my player ship autopiloting back toward my PHQ. Note that the Erlking is parked by the PHQ. I captured it yesterday in a remote boarding op with my barbarossa, dumping a bunch of 2-3 star marines on it in low attention. This appears to have broken something, which you'll see when the player ship arrives. A bunch of dialogue I would normally have heard some time ago gets dumped on me at once, including Boso suggesting I board the ship which I have already boarded. If you fly toward the Erlking, you also get warnings from VIG (who aren't here) to stay away from the ship.
This is far from the first time I've encountered this sort of thing, and in fact I think the way this game triggers dialogue cannot really keep up with the variety of ways players can approach it. For example, if you don't find the S miner in the Boron questline before you meet Nila Ti, the quest progresses leaving the dialogue for the miner to trigger much later when and if you ever stumble on it. But in this case it just happens that I had saved recently enough to demonstrate it, when normally it comes as a strange surprise that I can't conveniently replicate.

Yes, I've got that as well. Finally, after the third warning, the VIG station Keepsake becomes red for some time.
