I've did few things before tackling start quest, and when i repair satellite to 100% in intro quest chain, quest doesn't progress.

Loaded earlier save and lock still happens with M ship Envoy (multiple exits issue? distance? something else?)
however if i try S ship takoba, it works

Even though i've found a workaround, it might be worth looking into so other players don't get locked
