Vaniila X4 with SV KE and CoH plus hyperion and envoy pack
Hello folks
First post here so please be gentle, I'm about 500 hours in to my first play through of which I've loved every minute but now I seem to have hit a bit of a brick wall
Once I'd moved my HQ to Getsu Fune I began to find quests not completing or not starting. I've scoured other sources which emphasise how important it is to follow quests to the letter but I must admit now I'm stuck
Examples
Q worker welfare, I've delivered a ship (several ships) to the spot but nothing happens
Q Covert operations
Operation Hyena production energy cells 1/1 Hull parts 0/2 but I've produced loads of hull parts according to the logical overview, price set at minimum
Operation Draco Delivered the fully stocked ship in and out moved back and for, nothing
Q Argon v Xenon Module deepscan, spent over an hour scanning stations and ships in Savage spur 11 nothing (I did get a note on one bit of the station xenon base module #2 when the scanned section briefly turns white) but no completion
So n a nutshell I seem to have gone from a game I was loving to endlessly teleporting back and for between the above quests just to get the storyline to progress.
Taking that question a little further (appreciate this answer will involve spoilers) is there much point in continuing or is this the point where you guys normally begin another play through?
The game has run seemlessly from the off so I don't think there are any computer issues, simply I've run out of progression.

Your report contains several missions that do not progress. Some we could not spot anything wrong with. For example, the ship you tried to submit for the Worker Welfare mission did not meet the speed requirements that were asked for to continue the mission. When we tested Operation Draco, we were able to complete it, too. Did you make sure that you were not in the ship that was supposed to be delivered, and filled it with the wares that were required by the mission?
However, we did spot a bug in Operation Hyena that stopped the mission from proceeding, like you pointed out. This bug will be fixed in a future update.
