[#4968] 8.0 HF4 BUG Holy Order of the Pontifex not quite gone (after doing the Paranid Unification plot)

Game started basegame + Timelines (uncompleted), game progressed to include Timelines (completed), Split Vendetta, Cradle of Humanity.

After I completed Timelines and introduced Split Vendetta but before I introduced Cradle of Humanity, I completed the Paranid Unification plot. All stations and almost all Paranid ships immediately converted to TRI as expected. Remainder of unconverted ships consisted of PAR Pegasus scouts and HOP Plutus miners, though my memory is vague on the latter and I am assuming based on the current presence of such miners in the game. Most notably, while the Godrealm of the Paranid diplomat departed and was never seen again the Holy Order of the Pontifex diplomat did not and has not departed, even after inviting the TRI diplomat.

Much later on, I discovered the Holy Order having ordered Helios heavy freighters from my headquarters shipyard almost as soon as I purchased the blueprint.
