Yaki Plot: Terran Commander > 5000 km above

My Terran Commander is loitering over 5000 km above in Tharka's Cascade XV.
Did I miss anything in the plot?
What do I have to do, to bring him back?
Is this just some weird bug?
Can somebody at Egosoft please fix this?
